By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Behtafood operates as a technology intermediary connecting customers with independent restaurant and logistics partners. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease all use of the Platform immediately.

2. Service Eligibility & Conduct

Users must be at least 18 years of age, or have the express consent of a legal guardian, to utilize our services. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you will maintain the security of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Usage of the Platform is subject to a standard of professional conduct. Users agree not to engage in fraudulent orders, abuse of promotional offers, harassment of partners, or any attempt to disrupt service integrity. Behtafood Company Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any conduct deemed harmful to our community or operational standards.

3. Marketplace Mechanics

Behtafood does not prepare food and is not a restaurant. We are a technology provider facilitating transactions. Responsibility for the quality, safety, and accuracy of meals rests solely with the restaurant partners. Similarly, delivery services are provided by independent logistics contractors who are responsible for compliance with local traffic laws and professional standards.

All pricing is displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). While we strive for real-time accuracy, prices are set by our partners and are subject to change. Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on distance, time, and operational factors within Ekiti State.

4. Liability & Governance

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Behtafood Company Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian arbitration law. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any such revisions.
