Behtafood Company Limited aims to provide a reliable food ordering experience for our customers while ensuring fairness to our restaurant partners and delivery professionals. This policy outlines the specific conditions under which orders may be cancelled and the eligibility criteria for financial reimbursements. By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Orders placed through the Behtafood platform may be cancelled by the customer only before the restaurant partner begins preparation. We provide a brief 2-minute grace period for immediate cancellations with a guaranteed full refund. Once a restaurant has confirmed and started preparing the order, cancellations are no longer possible through the automated system, and any manual request will be subject to the restaurant's approval and a possible cancellation fee.
In instances where a restaurant partner or the Behtafood system must cancel an order—due to item unavailability, logistics failure, or being outside the delivery zone—a full refund will be automatically initiated to the customer's original payment method or Behtafood wallet.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team. Customers are eligible for consideration if they receive a wrong order, missing items, or food that is significantly different from the description provided. All such complaints must be submitted with supporting evidence (such as photographs) within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may be denied. Refunds may be issued as a full reimbursement, a partial refund for missing components, or platform credits for future orders.
Behtafood Company Limited does not offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or subjective taste preferences. Delivery fees are generally non-refundable once the logistics partner has completed the trip, except in cases of total service failure. We reserve the right to deny any refund request where there is evidence of fraudulent activity or systematic misuse of our refund policy.
