Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how users, restaurants, and logistics partners may interact with the Behtafood platform. By accessing our services, all parties agree to use the platform in a strictly lawful and respectful manner. Activities that interfere with the normal operation of the platform or cause harm to other users are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraudulent transactions, create multiple or fake accounts, abuse promotional offers, manipulate pricing systems, or submit false refund claims. Any attempt to exploit the platform’s systems for personal gain—including but not limited to technical exploits or social engineering—is a violation of this agreement.

Furthermore, harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate conduct toward customers, restaurants, delivery partners, or Behtafood staff is strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward behavior that threatens the safety or dignity of our community members.

Partner Obligations

Restaurants and logistics partners must provide accurate information regarding their services and must not misrepresent their products, menus, delivery capabilities, or operational status. Partners are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional integrity while representing the Behtafood brand in the field or through digital communications.

Security & Integrity

Users may not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform, interfere with security mechanisms, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the service through technical attacks such as Denial of Service (DoS). Behtafood reserves the right to investigate violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent bans, or legal action where criminal intent is identified.
